Where to See Concerts in Bozeman
If you love live music, Bozeman is the perfect place to take in a concert during the summer – and this summer is certainly no exception. Whether you prefer the music of the symphony, some country tunes by Jason Aldean, or something a little more local like The Clintons, you will have plenty of opportunities to jam out this summer with concerts in Bozeman! Here are a few concert events to attend:
Music on Main
Every Thursday during the summer, a local band takes the stage in downtown Bozeman as part of Music on Main. Enjoy a free concert while you hang out with friends, eat and drink at the local restaurants, and stop and shop at the downtown stores. Music on Main kicked off last week with a performance by The Clintons and the Bozeman community once again fell in love with this annual musical event. All summer long, a new local artist will fill downtown with the sounds of summer. This is a great concert option for people who want the music without hurting their budget. Visit www.downtownbozeman.org for more information.
Live at the Emerson
Another great concert venue is the Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture, located in downtown Bozeman. The Emerson hosts a variety of cultural events, as well as the Big Sky Film Festival, and some concerts during the summer. See the Modern Sons Band play at the end of July. For more information, visit www.theemerson.org.
The Bozeman Symphony
The Bozeman Symphony also puts on fantastic concerts that are usually free for families. Their next showcase is set for the Fourth of July, at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. Listen to local musicians showcase their amazing talent in the symphony orchestra and take advantage of all the culture and artistry that Bozeman has to offer.
Pour Some Music on Me, at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse
As summer turns into fall, there are still plenty of opportunities for concerts in Bozeman. The Brick Breeden Fieldhouse at Montana State University is known for some exciting concerts and some excellent ones are already on the agenda. This season you can catch Def Leppard, Tesla and Styx, as well as the Blue Man Group, all at the Fieldhouse. Visit www.brickbreeden.com for additional information.
The Gallatin Valley is a musical place! Don’t miss out on all the opportunities to listen to some great local, or nationally-known artists!
