Performance Specs of the Scion iA

For 2016 Scion has come up with a Brand New vehicle to its line up, the Scion iA. This vehicle represents a first for Scion, a four door sedan.  Scion has often been known for delivering a wide range of standard features and performance at a low price and the Scion iA is no exception.

The Scion iA is equipped with Standard 16” alloy wheels that cover the front disc and rear drum breaks. These provide an enhanced “feel” for the road that drivers expect in cars that cost considerably more and have unique European sounding names.  Plus these add an unexpected level of style and flair to the looks of this Scion iA’s new design.

Under the hood is a 1.5 Liter 4 Cylinder motor delivering 106 HP @ 6000 RPM and 103 ft-lb of torque at 4000 RPM. Offering your choice of a 6 Speed manual transmission with an EPA-estimated 31 city/41 hwy/35 combined mpg or a 6 Speed Automatic you can expect an EPA-estimated 33 city/42 hwy/37 MPG combined in the automatic.  Both transmissions offer the driver a sporty and responsive experience.
