Ressler Motors offers a comprehensive benefit package. Our goal is to continually offer and update our benefits program to attract and retain the very best employees.
Several HSA-qualified High Deductible Health Plan options are available to employees and their families. Ressler Motors contributes matching funds to employees who contribute.
Preventive and Comprehensive plan includes preventive and major dental services such as fillings, extractions, bridgework, dentures and crowns.
A vision plan is available; which covers a routine eye exam and provides an allowance for the purchase of frames, lenses or contact lenses.
Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability
Employees are provided long-term disability insurance and life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment insurance at no cost. Additional long-term disability, supplemental life, dependent life insurance and Short Term Disability are available at the employee’s expense.
Ressler Motors offers a 401(k) tax deferred savings plan with matching contributions. This offers employees the opportunity to save for their retirement years with a variety of investment options available.
